Mindfulness & Meditation
I facilitate a well-established monthly mindfulness sitting in the Borders. The sittings have become a monthly anchor where individuals come together to practise mindfulness and share their experience following the session. These sessions are themed and support individuals with everyday stresses and challenges; these sessions are NOT therapy sessions.
No previous experience of meditation is required.
Sessions start at 10am and are followed by a cuppa and home-baking at 11.30am.

£30.00 for a block of three session.
